I know someone who lives at Fremont and all I have to say is that the majority of people who live there are intrusive nosey, and have a habit of interfering with ppls lives.they dont have anything better to do.Other than that, the facility is clean and comfortable with couches and a large screen tv. Attached to the living area is a rather large kitchen area with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker etcetera.The Fremont village should offer art, needlepoint, or cooking classes. Better yet they should offer a few classes and ask the ppl to vote for the two of them.I can think of lots of activities they would love to do. This way itll keep their minds sharp, eliminate gossip. Worst experience living here while going to school in the next town over. This place is overrun by illegal immigrants who live with 2-3 families per household. Theyre careless with their kids, by leaving them unatten ded at all hours of the night. 10pm one night I almost ran over what looked like 2 year old running across the parking lot ALONE. The walls are thin and you can hear every footstep of the neighbors above. Id never recommend this place to anyone and even if I did, youd be lucky to find parking to live there. Oh, and the neighborhood is literally smack in the middle of worst park of Yakima where bodies are found at the park across the street ever so often. Terrible place to live. The manager would lock the doors at night when the texture was supposed to be drying and when they painted, the texture on a lot of the apartments never did dry because of the manager. He/she does not have the experience level that he or she may claim in construction. The texture will never dry completely and Beadex is not responsible after 30 days of not noticing any flaws. My texture was so soft in my apartment at Aspen Grove that I could push very lightly with my thumb nail and it would push in. You cant wash the walls without rubbing off the texture even. I called the manager from Big Lots because I wanted to purchase a full size couch and he said, \"that would be fine\". I asked, \"can I remove the slider to bring it in?\" He replied, \"yes\". So I brought back a new couch made by Simmons.(Ground floor) The Black Management, their property owner, repalaced the slider doors to new ones that were faulty and did not lock, then when I had to move, the couch was locked in and the new slider would not come out. I called some professional places to see if there was a way to get the couch out and they said,\"no\". I ended up having to cut the couch up with a hand saw so that the dishonest manager would not charge me for the couch not being removed. He was the one that said, \"you can purchase the couch and bring it to your apartment\". The darn property manager woman said, \"you would have had to get the couch in writing to get compensated\". Evidently, the mangers word was not good enough. All they do is take your money anyway. Very shameful place to live. more ... hide ...
