The ones that ran it before, I understand. Theyre gone. New manager and asst are friendly. Help you out. We have things on Holidays now. Diff caterer. A lot of new stuff is getting done. Painted outside of elevator entra nce, around rails, etc. Some new furniture on some floors. New wooden floors put in apts for new residents to get, instead of this yucky carpet. More plants and little trees put out, makes it look better. New operations done to elevators. Can you imagine the lady thru elevator telling you the floor you are on, as it stops. Karaoke some months by prof. Good place to live!! more ... hide ...

The atmosphere here is very weird. Its like a hotel. Not very homey since the apartments are very small. They are completely overpriced. While giving me the tour, the woman even said the apartments were way too small . A studio barely holds stuff for one person, much less two. They also said that bicycles were stolen from the outside bike racks before. Its very loud with all of the neighbors. Neighbors are very nosey. One neighbor came to my door when my fire alarm went off. If the fire alarm does go off, MUPD are the only people who can turn it off. So, the alarm could go off for a while, and its very loud. Theres entire families here, so its not a study environment for students. Its basically just an apartment complex for staff. You also have to walk past the Marshall employees at the front desks who stare every time you walk by. You have to check out your packages, so they arent delivered directly to your door. Same with food deliveries. You also have to wear masks inside the complex. Youre not allowed to put nails or screws in the wall, so you cant really decorate or organize. The paint is so cheap that it comes off the wall with command strips. Its setup exactly like the dorms. Would not recommend for students who go to Marshall!! Find somewhere that is bigger and worth the price. If you are a student, I recommend finding somewhere thats quiet so you can study!! This is more like a hotel than an apartment! Not worth the price!!!! ¤Edit: the internet is absolute garbage, so good luck getting any homework done more ... hide ...

@FakeAc At Easter dinner a elderly lady came in with a walker and ask if she can have some food and AMY said no because she didnt sign her name. When Della was there they never had to sign their name.AMY and the elderly lady got on the elevator together and AMY hit the elderly lady 3 times on her back saying that it was a ant on her and it wasnt. I feel that AMY needs to get FIRED cause this is no way for any one that works with the elderly should treat them that way more ... hide ...
