The atmosphere here is very odd. It feels like a hotel. The apartments are very small and overpriced. They said that bicycles have been stolen from the racks before and that it can be quite loud with all of the neighbors. If the fire alarm goes off, The atmosphere here is very odd. If the fire alarm goes off, Marshall University Police Department is the only ones who can turn it off. You also have to wear masks inside the complex at all times. You're not allowed to put nails or screws in the wall, so you can't really decorate or organize your space how you want to. The paint is also very cheap and comes off easily with command strips. All in all, this place is not worth it for students who go to Marshall University and are looking for somewhere quiet to study. more ... hide ...

Not a pleasant atmosphere Management shows a good face but doesnt care about you whatsoever If youre a Marshall student then I advise you to find a better option before considering staying here
