I would give more stars because for the most part I really enjoy living here. The only downfall is whenever you need anything repaired, such as your air conditioning unit, they use an outside contractor to do the job. Wh ich requires the contractor to get approval from the property manager before he can do the repair. Had to get my air fixed today and it should have been a quick 20 minute job but it took over 6 hours to get fixed because the contractor could not contact or find our property manager bc shes never in the office and no one ever answers the phones. It wouldnt have been so bad but I do work from home and had my 3 year child was home with me and it got up to 83 degrees in our apartment and we were roasting. more ... hide ...

Calling the health department ...No hot water, pets in the walls, they dont answer the phone, If you complain they try to put you out. They will tow your car if you dont park in the lines when theyre no lines. As much mo ney as they make towing car they should get the parking lot fixed. They fix NOTHING! Shower been leaking from day one! When he come to turn it on, said he would be back to fix it!!!! more ... hide ...

Quite, Hallway & Public Restroom are clean, friendly tenets, their r few things like bingo,bible study tenets meetings, overall nice place to live. As for as my apartment i do love mine with just a couple of changes coul d be changed,wish that bathroom sink and toilet could be up higher than it is. Bad for back and bad for circulation in legs.d more ... hide ...
