OFFICE STAFF RUDE! They try to use bully tactics to get you to move! They watch you 24/7 INVASION OF PRIVACY! They have maintenance watch you like a hawk to see who is coming in and out of your apartment as if you can€ ™t have company! They€™ll come in and out of your apartment without your knowledge as they please! They play favoritism it€™s people who SHOULD NOT be there that they allow to stay but people who don€™t even do anything are automatically at risk! When you first move in they pick with you! Wendall€™s attitude is terrible just like the other staff! They treat you terribly! They barely come fix anything! Maintenance is just as bad! more ... hide ...

My husband and myself have both called and left voicemails because it states the leasing office is unavailable at this time leave a message. Well the problem with that is no one returns your calls. The website doesn€™t have a way to apply and the website states open until 6pm on week days. That was a lie I have been there twice in the last week and door is locked no lights on. The least they could do is place brochures or applications outside or have it online so you can print it yourself. I also sent an email to the pedcor email that was online and yet again no one responded. I don€™t know how they have tenants with the customer service you receive. I€™m sure now that I have made a not so good review someone will magically respond and thank me for sharing my experience and tell me how they are sorry and how they strive to accommodate customers. Unfortunately it€™s too late. I just thought I would share so if anyone else is in the same boat you may want to look elsewhere. Echo Ridge right down the road does have people in their office and they actually answer the phone and are available the hours it says on their website. You will probably have better luck.
