I am moving from Ca to Bullhead CityAZ I currently have a 3bedroom voucher My family size is 4 livein caregiver I am looking for a single family house mobile home or condo Preferably single floor as stairs can be difficult for me I need 2 dedicated parking spots or garage I am 58 yr old disabled female vereran and have guardianship of 3 granddaughters ages 1613 and 10 yrs old I recieve SSI and SSDI as income My health would benefit greatly making the move to AZ My future caregiver already lives in Bullhead City AZ I would like a dog and bearded dragon friendly property I currently have a emotional support dog but he is very old and I am not sure that he will be moving with me He is 14 years old and may not be living when the time to move comes The younger of my granddaughters is very high function with autism Any consideration for me as a future tennant is great appreciated My credit score has recently declined due to illness and open heart surgery but I am working on consolidating Sept 22 or later is best for me to move I will need to give notice to my current landlord of 7 years |
