Summary
I am a 47 year old female I have a pretty big dog that Ive had for about 12 years now Im not sure of his breed Guess just a mutt Im not sure what deposit means but Yes I could pay one The expiration date Im not sure on my voucher but right now I am on a month to month The reason I want to move or need to move is because the property manager raised my rent 500 Basically my rent went from #*#*# hidden# a month to now #*#*# hidden# a month That seems really extreme to me but they told me that was nothing they could do about it because of the Prices right now on renting I am with pinal county housing I saw a property in Apache junction at 1170 N Idaho Rd Im hoping something like that is available I can do a one or two bedroom Im looking for something that has a fenced in backyard or something for my dog I dont know if that sounds crazy but I dont want to have him trapped in an apartment He has always had a little yard at least so I dont have to stress on taking him out for a walk because he is older he kind of likes to lay around I do have a job I am employed at a banner Gateway hospital Right now I am working 4 days a week 5 hours a day due to medical reasons so I am part time I make probably about 12 to 1300 a month Im kind of confused about requirements but I guess if youre asking what my requirements would be really just to have a backyard for my dog and maybe a washer dryer hookup I do have a washer and dryer that I own Also I have been looking and pinal county housing told me that I have to give them a 60day notice before I move I am kind of hesitant to put in my 60 days because I just want to make sure I have somewhere to go after that I dont want to have to find somewhere to move in the meantime Then I would have to put all my stuff in storage I just think that would be too hard for me and probably cost more money I do have a one bedroom voucher but I think thats going to be kind of hard to find a one bedroom so I can get a two bedroom I did ask my caseworker So either way if it goes a little bit over my voucher Im willing to pay the difference Thank you and please get back to me |
