The past 3 12 yrs Berridge Villa Apts 2040 W Berridge Ln Phx #*#*# hidden# No problems with owner Joe Olivera But then he sold complex to 3 clowns from CA who havent a clue what they are doing Refused to renew leases of those who had vouchers Im self employed and they dont know or dont care about inventory or resale When I moved out I had to leave most of my inventory behind I hate the thought of the Property Managers greedy hands touching and keeping all my stuff Before Berridge Villa I was homeless off and on after losing my great job that I loved at Chase Bank 17th floor during the recession we didnt have in 2008 My credit score took a dive when I was homeless and a friend stole my backpack with my Id and went wild spending and not paying and screwing up my credit Slowly but surely my credit is making a comeback
