Currently we live at the panoramic apartments in berkeley This has been a temporary rental while we find a more suitable permanent home We have been in transition for the past 3 years after a tragic event involving a relatives st bernard and our barely 3 year old and requiring reconstruction of his little face left us without a safe home to return to as the dog was still on the property for reasons unknown to us We spent the first 8 months of the pandemic living in Airbnb and hotels in order to shelter in place We then finally ran out of money in our savings and were faced with the terrifying reality that we could end up in very serious situation We became involved with project safer ground and during our 2 years in the program both my husband and I were hit with disabling health issues and are unable to work as we had in the past Prior to this we lived on a family farm where we had moved to from our home in Washington state where we had a5 star rated general contracting company We moved to the farm to help elderly family who couldnt care for it on their own any longer Our credit score is pretty low however there is next to no credit really as we have been trying to move away from spending what we dont have and what negative marks are on the report that effect our score are being contested or are about to fall off the record All in all there is very little to report on us period We do however have past landlords that have all really liked us and would report we always payed our rent on time and only improved the rentals while we were in them
