Im 61 years old about ready to get my full retirement in December been disabled since 2008 to 2 a serve central nervous system damage I was a computer filled engineer for ncr prior to that had a spinal cord injury incomplete brain damage Im OK Im very responsible I dont have a high credit score because I thought I was going to die and paid my credit off and if I cant buy it with cash then I wont buy it then I dont need it have kitty cats that are my family now that my children are grown I have one thats 19 years old so he dont get around much theyre indoor cats I have a certificate for support animals Im very responsible I do not drink dont do drugs even my doctors get mad at me because I dont like doing the drugs they give me lol I hope I can find a home I can be happy and live out my life this house was beautiful for me my son lives in Chino my daughter lives in Laverne and my niece lives in Orange County I hope we can find me a home I live the last seven years never once behind in my rent nor did I use the Covid excuse to hang onto my rent I did most of my repairs and took care of the property as if it was my own thank you have a nice day
