1 adult three children I have an emergency voucher from Garden Grove Housing that allows me to go anywhere in the US move in date asap I pay 30 of whatever my income is and the voucher pays the other portion The process can be timely with the housing authority but they are expediting the process in which it can take less than a week if done by the Orange County housing authority the inspection is done by zoom Give more info upon request

I rented 2 rooms since 2014 and moved #*#*# hidden# because my kids were getting older we needed more space I was laid off in 2019which enabled me from being able to pay for my credt card debit in which it clearly shows on my credit report and because I am not getting more credit it also is negative on my overall credit score upon request

My husband James male turned 65 this year and I **** female am 59 years old but we are both in good health We have a female indoor only cat Bella who is 2 years old and a pet Cockatiel named Cricket who is about 15 years old and does not leave his cage We are both Veterans and are received our HUDVash voucher The voucher is usable anywhere in Orange County California but had different rent limits based on the city We have a car so a garage would be a plus but I also use the OCTA buses My husband is not working at the moment but I am still working at the same job I started working for in Jan 2000 as a Temp I was hired fulltime in May 2000 by J H Copy Service and am still employed there 20 years later PreCovid I was working 40 hours a week in office but now am working about 20 hours a week remote at a coworkers house I cannot work from home at home right now as we are currently living in a studio and since I work with medical records and have to be HIPAA compliant which is why we are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment We have been supplementing with Unemployment but the Stimulus which was paying the rent is no longer being provided Since we also have Calfresh food stamps for food my income alone will cover the rent while my husband looks for a job

My husband and I have lived at the same address since October 2010 and have had no problem paying the rent We deposit the rent into the landlords business savings account My husband has not had a credit card since 2000 and I have never had one we either pay cash or use prepaid Debit cards for online purchases and bill payments so we do not have a credit score
