HI we are a family of 3 adults Mom 43yearsold stepdad 46yearsold and daughter 21yearsold We are in need of any type of 2 bedroom rental that will accept our GGHA Housing Choice Voucher Preferable 2 baths but one bath is fine too We ate not being picky at all because our voucher will expire on #*#*# hidden# if we are not able to find a rental prior to this date I My husband and I are disabled and receiving SSI My daughter has a job and her income is about 2000 a month We pay 30 which will be about 600 our voucher will cover properties up to 2550 in some OC cities but most cities its about 2200 We are ready to move now

We have been staying in hotelmotels for the past 3 years I was recently disabled and had to quit my business of cleaning houses that I owned an operated for the past 5 years Mine and my husbands credit has been good around 670 but recently we went a little over on our credit card due to some using our account illegally and it dropped our score over 150 pts Our scores will go back to normal as soon as the investigation is done and they are able to remove the charges that were made and our credit scores update MY daughter doesnt have any credit yet but she is working on establishing her credit and researching the best way to do this We are an honest clean friendly family We dont drink or use any drugs We are respectful and will treat your property as if it were ours
