My name is **** **** I am looking for a quiet peaceful long term rental for myself and my father Ive lived in the area for over half of my life and he has lived in here for roughly 89 years About a year ago I sold my fathers house and moved him in with me due to minor health issues he now is living off the remaing profits from that sale We are quiet people always very respectful of others and our surroundings We do have some pets they are very well behaved older animals that i can provide great refrences for We are fully prepared to provide an extra security deposit for them as well My dad is retired just enjoying life now taking joy in walking the dog and just keeping to himself mostly I unfortunately just went through a divorce and am looking for a new beginning for the both of us I am disabled so I dont currently work The income that i do get is from alimony which is court ordered at 1700month but we are approved for a housing voucher in the amount of 1365 The struggle is to find housing that will accept this voucher and I have 90 days to do so Luckily I am at the beginning of my search I currently have been renting an apt Downtown Grass Valley for around 6 years more so i can give you past rental refrences for over the last decade Along with those I can provide multiple personal refrences for each of us and our pets As I mentioned above we are looking for a long term rental where we can just live quietly as the small family we are We are very easy going people we dont cause any ruckus we respect the fact that we are renters and we take pride in caring for the property that we know is not ours We are clean polite people that are looking for our next place to call homePlease get ahold of me if this seems like a good fit for your rental Thank you for your time and consideration I look forward to hearing back from you Sincerely**** ****
