I have excellent rental history and come with references And the only thing any potential landlord should look at if youre on subsidized housing is if youve had any evictions and how you function within the section 8 program why do they worry about three times the amount of the rent what your credit look like if you have subsidized housing never been evicted thats again what should be valid to you
