Greetings My name is **** and my husband Bruce and I have been married for 26 years I have a certified registered Service dog which is a LabMix female and almost 5 years old Our move in date is as soon as possible as our HUD section 8 voucher expires August 19th 2022 from the County of Riverside for the amount of 1446 My husband and I are on fixed income as he is permanently disabled and receives 1145 monthly and I am on SSI permanently and receive 1043 monthly We would appreciate any type of housing as long as there is air conditioning If there was a yard that would be nice My husband worked all of his life and we raised both of our children and then our circumstances changed when he had 2 neck surgeries and 1 back surgery and then unable to perform in his line of work any longer He has became an ordained minister and we would like to start our own business in this state and Nevada As we will always have our voucher and eventually we will use it to purchase a home but firstly we must rent

The last 5 years has been the most difficult years of our lives Thank goodness the children are grown and had already left the nest We are victims of identity theft and fraud We have documentation to provide if necessary We have filed with the FTC and IRS and police Our credit score is low and we are currently working with a government agency to help us clean up our credit and raise our score We do not have much debt just not much positives either5 years ago we were evicted due to health issues My husband and I would appreciate the opportunity to rent from a landlord who would take our HUD section 8 voucher and allow us to rent from them
