Ive lived in my current place for since 2015 I live in a moblehome in a moilehome park where there is space rent The agreement when I moved in was she was to pay all the space rent She writes me a check and I put my portion of rent and pay rent statement which includes my pge Over the years she has been paying less and less of the space rent Im now paying 330 more than my 150 rent and have tried talking to her about it and she keeps pressuring me to buy it or rent a room out and threatening to sell if I dont do what she want Ive tried working with her including paying for repairs and replacing appliances Ive tried talking to her about going to housing authority for rent increase but she doesnt I want to move before Im not able to pay what she wants and get an eviction notice from park I have criminal record Credit score use to be 735 but due to this issue and inflation its now 674 Ive never been late with my rent to landlord or the park Ive never had an eviction
