Im a 39 year old woman with breast cancer recurrence in my lungs and chest wall Currently in treatment I have a stunning young 1 year old male Chihuahua and Jack Russel mix Very shy but he is house trained I do always use my poopy bags when we go outside to walk My preferred move in date would be ASAP February #*#*# hidden# The Alameda County Housing Authority is who will pay for my deposit as well as a year of my rent Up to 2200 a month I am currently staying in The Fairmont Campus Navigation Center Tiny Homes which is ran by BOSSbuilding opportunity and self sufficiency They have helped me through this whole process of getting off the streets getting back to my treatments getting my necessary documents to signing up for the voucher rental program they are really great people who have done so much more than I can even explain Much love and respect But back to what I was saying The rent cannot exceed 2200 a month but Im looking for maybe something a little less then that More in the range of 2000 or less monthly HACA will pay for the most of my rent But I do believe that I am responsible for 20 of the rent But may be less then that Not quite sure sorry The utilities I will be responsible for paying as well My voucher will expire April 2023 I do have until then to find a place I receive 1200 a month from SSI Supplemental As well as CALFRESH and Medical I am unable to work right now because of my advanced Cancer recurrence Im not sure when I can return back to work My chemo treatment will be through in May 2023 Following that treatment I also will do radiation and probably surgery So Im hoping in the next year I may be well enough to go back to work again I am required to follow all guidelines that have been set by Alameda County Housing Authority to be able to participate in the housing voucher program As well as landlords and the lease agreement I do know what is expected of me to be Successful in this opportunity if at any time I need help or have any questions there is a housing navigator here at the tiny homes where I live who is here 5 days a week As well as several other professional social working assistants that help me if I am in need Truly blessed Yes I am And very Thankful For BOSS

I have zero evictions I have rented from a couple of my family members in the past From which I can have references I am not a felon Nor am I on court probation or parole I am a law abiding citizen My credit score is not great but Im working on making it better Currently its Fair
