Two adults married with no children we just have two small dogs both dogs are jack Russel terrier mix under 15 pounds female and male fixed not aggressive one is my emotional support companion the other is notvery new to section 8 and have until 923 to move but can ask for an extension until the right home is foundmy voucher size is 1 the amount is 1085 but if i can find a rental within the price range that happens to be more than 1 bedroom i would be able to qualify for it as long as its within the price limit my 30 is 50 i currently do not work but I do have my means of retaining the rent by donating plasma twice a week each payment is 55 so i would have no trouble in paying for my portion of the rent husband just started new job 818 so there will be more income coming soon

we have been working on our rental historycredit a great deal in the process we found a great rental with a great landlord we had been there for about 3 12years before that we rented a room with someone we met off of craigslist at the most recent property we were living at for the 3 12 years unfortunately passed away and his son took over in the process of the owners death all siblings fought over the property and the son unfortunately lost his authority over the properties we lived on a farm and had an incident with the workers poisoning our dogs and killing one the sister that took over the property asked us to move out in 3 days it wasnt possible for us with only having 3 days as we lived there for almost 4 years we expected at least 60 days to leave we asked her for at least 30 days she proceeded to evict us instead of talking to us about giving us 30 days to leave and not the 3 days it wasnt enough time the sister never met us or dealt with us before the incident we had with the farm workers so she wouldnt be able to speak about us from a personal stance but the son of the owner whom we have dealt with even while the owner was alive can vouch for us for being good people and not horrible tenants like an eviction would make one look we just hope someone would be willing to work with us and give us a chance sometimes its not the tenants fault things happen unfortunately its happened more than once to us were hoping to have a permanent place to stay we need stability were not looking to be constantly moving we need a home we have poor rentalcredit history to sum it all up
