I am not sure about my portion and how that exactly it calculates I know housing authority stated that rent should be within range #*#*# hidden# depends on who pays garbage water electric gas I think the family may not pay more than 40 of its adjusted monthly income for rent We have an application from Housing Authority for landlord to send them We are a family of 3 myself my adult son my mom We have a small dog maltipoo One car white Honda accord My son is high functioning adult with special needs I am a living aid They do not include my salary I have a stable job and a very good credit score We rent the same place for 11 years Landlord got married wants to sell the house We are looking for house preferably single house but open to see other type of houses Voucher will cover 3bed 25 bath We have a day to move out Feb28th but landlord is very kind to us we can move out anytime with a month notice
