Hello I am currently in 2bd 1ba which is just me and my son I just had total knee Replacementand once I heal I wouldlike to move into a rental with 3 or less stairsI side and out I have a medical note that has approved it but i would love to get a 3 bd so if 1 of 3 daughters or I decide to get my 2 Grandkids for weekend I will have an extra for them to share instead of laying on the floor Now I have been on Sec 8 for 18 years Rent was and is always by the 2nd depending on holidays Since then I lived in only 4 location 2 apartment complexs Modesto 4yrs Emerald Point and now Turlock 6yrs current Villas at park side then duplex on rumble road for 45 years until my same landlord Kim Sue offered me his 3bd house on Gia CT In Modesto for 5yrs but I had to move because he wanted to sell the home so 65 yrs ago I moved her to Turlock I have perfect rental history and once I moved out I did receive at least 85 of it back|
