i am 35 and my boyfriend is 30 we are NOT married i have 2 kids a boy 12 and a girl 8 i also have 3 dogs 1 black lab 1 boxer and 1 very old rescue boxer im looking for a houseect i moved up from 3 states away we love it up here and looking for something with a yard and more bigger i have section 8 for 2 bedroom but CAN afford the difference as we are looking for a 3 bedroom kids are older they need thier own space the section 8 voucher helps us make it through alot so i would like to find a house with a yard 3 bedroom that will accept my voucher and let me pay the difference of what is owed if any is left to owe at all i have 8 years of proof of passing inspections and being clean and organized i like good communication with landlords my dogs are nice once they see you come around a few times but are trained to protect my children and us and we do not want weapons so we went to dogs for protection of our home and life thank you so much in reading this and i hope to find the perfect new place here in colorado springs co
