Hello i am a singlemom of 5 and 3 live with me full time there ages are 1615 and 8 I have joint custody of my other daughter 13yrs and my son is 18 and lives on campus at the college he attends Wr have a certified service dog who assists my son with scho and most if his daily agendas We need to find a new unit before january 31 and are available to mive in january 15th i am employed pt for a florring company where i have worked a little over 2 years We need a 3 bedroom that renta for not more then 2200 per month

I have good rental history that is verifiable I have know evictions or non payments and I have had no issues with complaints or late payments or etc My credit history is low due to a few bills in which were to be paid by court order via my ex husband when we divorced but have not been and that fact that i have never financed anything or gotten a loan or anything that would involve my credit
