Hi I am looking for a place for myself and my two children We have no pets Id love to find a place In or close to Golden as possible I currently have a foot injury and am working on healing I have great rental history and my credit is ok just because I am dealing with getting invalid accounts off my credit history that are not mine I am great at taking care of a rental property as if it were my own home and keeping it maintained in the condition in which I moved in to I have references and a security deposit My lease is up on my current rental and am excited to try and find a place that is private and allows for more space to enjoy our new home Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to become your new resident
