Hello I am a disabled mother of three boys aged 59 and 14 My five year old is non verbal autistic but happy and unproblematic My nine year old loves the outdoors and my 14 year olds the artist like me He spends his time drawing or in the gaming world I currently am enrolled part time at Asnuntuck community college for my visual arts degree It would be my three boys and I occupying the home along with two small emotional support pets under 25 lbs A cat named East and a chihuahua terrier mix named Rune I thank you in advance for your time and consideration

I currently rent and have been in this residence since 2022 I lived in another apartment prior to that The landlord was amazing but he sold the home The landlord there attempted to evict me but removed my name from the case due to me moving out when I received a notice to quit I pay my rent on time I have not withheld payments My credit score I am growing and is a fair 602 but I have my mother willing to co sign my lease and her credit is in great condition 700 plus
