I am relocating from upstate New York with my grandson he is 12 I have been living in the same complex for the past 12 yearsno cat or dogs I work for the state and I have sec 8I would prefer something with a yard and close to stores and schools but would take anything available if it is in a good area My move in date is March 1 but I can wait a month longer if there is anything worth waiting for

I have been in the same complex for 12 hrs I do not know my credit score but know is not that good I work for the state and hAve a clean background

I have two male sons ages five and four Im an 34 year old women I do not have any pets but would like to get a fish tank I would like to move in no later then Sept 22nd My voucher expires sometime in Nov im on an extension because its be a little hard trying to find a place for me and my sons where we can be comfortable at Im with the Wilmington Delaware housing authority Im not working do to COVID19 but i do get unemployment until i can get settled in a home and find me another job Im not required to pay nothing at this but i dont have a problem with paying when the time comes Im a every good tenant my landlord vouch for me if need be Im a single mother their father is not in the picture and hasnt been in the picture since 2016 Im looking for a new home because i dont feel safe where we are living at anymore Wilmington is getting real bad and this not a place i want to raise my sons in Iam deposit ready i dont have a car at the moment but im working on that I have had my section 8 since 2019 with no problems at all im just looking for a better area to raise my sons

I was staying with my cousin in 2016 to 2018 From 2018 until 2019 i stayed in a shelter and in 2019 i moved into my house and iv been here since My background is good and my credit score is in the 600s
