Good morning My name is **** I am a soontobe 61 yo disabled but ambulatory man currently residing in Central FL I received my Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher from the Housing Authority of the City of Charleston in April 2023 and am interested in knowing more about any 1bedroom rentals such as rent fees requirements etc I dont know what amount I will have to pay in rent until I have a rental price and the percentage of the rent you require from Section 8 voucher holders I keep my living space clean and I am very quiet I would be the only tenant I have a 3yearold cat named Charlie he is very wellbehaved One issue with my disability is I suffer almost daily cluster and migraine headaches so depending on the sound deadening quality between floors in multilevel buildings I would kindly ask for a topfloor apartment if one is available If I am accepted I can move in during any month on or after the 3rd of the month I look forward to hearing from you and thank you in advance for your time

I have been residing in a motel in Lake Wales FL since January 2017 I have no credit history as Ive been disabled since 2005 My previous residence was in Miami FL where I was a tenant for over 11 years
