To my future landlord I thank you for the opportunity to make your property my new home My name is **** **** I am 44 years old I have been apart of the Housing Choice Program for just about 16 years now I have five children Four sons and one daughter My oldest sons name is Khamari he is 21 years old He will be a full time college student in the spring He will reenroll at Tuskegee University My daughter is the 2nd oldest and only female of the five Her name is Defynist My daughter attends Valdosta State University full time My 3rd son is unique as he is a twin He graduated ahead of his twin brother who has a slight hearing impairment My sons name is Jason He is 18 and also attends college full time He attends University of Fort Lauderdale My younger twin sons name is Javen also 18 He is a full time High School student They are fraternal twins The youngest of my five kids is my son Khameron He is 13 years old and is in the 8th grade I am a proud single mom I want what is best for my kids I pride myself in being a great mother A great person and a great tenant I am in search of a safe environment to continue to raise my family as they are the future I am quiet and I keep to myself I am a none smoker My kids and I are all very active in our church and community So just want to feel safe at home I want to enjoy the simple peace of being home Not living under deplorable conditions Examples mold mildew termites Old and outdated toilets and appliances I understand that I am apart of the Section 8 Program however my family and I deserve to live somewhere clean and well maintained I wanted to give my children something I didnt have as a kid stability My tenancy has always been 3 years I have no evictions before or while being on Section 8 All I need is a good opportunity with a honest and fair landlord My hopes are you are the landlord that would be a God send to me and my family
Like many citizens I to became unemployed during the Pandemic I recently became employed with my current employer Chevalier Real Estate on 0902 My annual income with this company is under #*#*# hidden# However I am a seasonal Tax Agent for She Knows Tax LLC and have a combined annual income of #*#*# hidden# This year is my 3rd year with the company I did suffer a major blow during these trying times I ask you to have compassion in regards to credit Considering I am a single parent with little to no resources My credit scores range from 575 to 635 To make a long story short I am not asking much A safe clean environment and a fair landlord Thank you in advance for your time and consideration I am a firm believer that whats for me it is especially for me|
