Hello My Name Is **** And I Am 40yrs Old Single Lupus Warrior Mother With An 15yr Old Artistic Spectrum Son We Are The Only Two That Will Be Living In The House My Son Has An Animal Support Dog Named Cinnamon Who Is A Jack Russell Mixed With Chihuahua Very Friendly And WellBehaved I Also Have An Older Daughter Who Has Two Kids Of Her Own They Are Well Kept Grandkids That Comes Over From Time To Time To Only Visit Their Ages Are 5 And 2 I Also Have A Daughter 25yr Old Whom Is The Mother Of My Grandkids They Live In Daytona Beach I Receive SSI And Surviving Benefits Totaling To 864 A Month I Have A Section 8 Housing Voucher From Ormond Beach Housing Authority That Is 1100 Max Is 1200 That I Could Go Over I Do Not Have Friends Nor Associates Due To I Keep To Myself My Only Company Is Six People And They Are Family Members That I Do Not Allow To Show Up Unannounced They Must Call Or Text Me First Which I Rarely Dont Have Company Because I Go Visit Them Instead Like I Said Before I Love The Finer Things In Life In My Home Well Kept Clean And Organized And One Thing I Do Know No One Is Going To Do My Place And Keep It Up The Way I Will I Am Looking For A Beautiful Quiet And Safe Community With A Backyard That My Grandkids Can Play In When They Come Over Because There Is No Playing Allowed In Side And A Garage That I Can Drive In Park My SUV Inside My Voucher Size Is Two Bedroom Because Theres Only Two People Living In The House But If Possible And The Price Is Right I Will Also Accept A Three Bedroom Which Is Really Best For My Son Virtual Homeschooling Set Up At Home Thank You An Advance Your Future Tenant Cant Wait To Make Your House My Son And I Home |
