Hello my name is Lorraine **** I am 54 years old widowed recently I have a great history I have never been evicted I stay to myself I have a pet shih Tzu 11 lb 8 years old I have a vehicle which is a Town and country touring 2012 Gray also I have never in my life had an eviction my credit is medium Im on social security SSI I dont make much but I dont spend much either the amount of the voucher varies on what part of the city or state Im in I have no problem paying I have grown children that are on their own it is just me and my dogs please call me if you feel that I may be the tenant for you I lived in St Petersburg and Ive had section 8 for 2 years and I moved out in December 31st of 2021 out of St Petersburg the reason I moved out was they were remodeling the home and they were putting family in it and they did not want to participate in the section 8 due to the fact they wanted family to move it I pay my rent on time never late I usually pay it about a week early my section 8 inspections are impeccable and I definitely in a great tenant I can tell you that much I dont bother nobody I stay to myself and just want a peaceful peaceful life thank you and have a wonderful day byebye
