Since December 2013 to the present I have resided at The Suites apartments in Longmont Colorado I am the holder of a Section 8 Project Based Voucher that I will need to port into Brevard County I am a single disabled 59yearold female who lives alone I do not currently have an Emotional Support Animal but I hope to get one after I get settled in Florida I am returning for medical reasons and to pursue treatment at The Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville I am no stranger to Florida as I was raised in Cocoa Beach from the time I was an infant
