My name is **** **** and I am looking for a spacious place for me and my 4 year old son I am currently enrolled at Albany Technical College taking up NursingRN I have been living in Albany for 8 years and I feel it is time for my son and I to upsize I prefer a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house However I would also love a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome or apartment I would love for it to be flat but I will be willing to still consider if it is to my liking I would prefer the place to be more modernized and updated especially the kitchen and bathrooms Im not a big fan of carpet being that I have a toddler who is prone to spilling things and making small messes for me to have to clean
