My rental history is simple i been with section 8 for years i only move twice thank god i have had the best landlords nice and kind I guess i been bless in that department Im moving now cause i cant afford the rent i need something more affordable and the last place i stayed the landlord decided to move back in his town house but he let me know ahead time he was moving back in he fell on hard time which is understandable my background is simple Im 52 years old i have two kids grown and i also took in my niece went she was a baby And the last time i check my credit score was good it was 765
