In evevry unit ive been in i had no problems paying my portion of the rent for the pass 5 tyears im a clean person i have not fdailed any inspection my Back ground is clear my credit score is pretty fair working on it to get it more higherbutg other wise its fair At the moment in looking forward to movemaybe in the next month or two ive have had 3 units Ive im in myh 3rd unit without anyh problems im a good tenant there would not be any problems out of me i keep to my own bussiness looking for a good tenant that would be me
