I am the only tenant 54 permanently disabled SSDI I have 1 dog who has become an emotional support animal since my injustyillnesses began in 2016 Depending on rent amount i do not know what i would qualify for i could possibly have a deposit or would gladly work one out I am in need of a place ASAP I am fully disabled on SSDI need some place near Pittsfield if possible

I coowned property outside Pittsfield until my divorce almost 3 years ago I am currently filing to get my name off of the mortgage I stayed with family until i put a 5th wheel on property in Summer Hill in 2020 In January 2021 a tree fell on the 5th wheel while i was in it and ive been staying with family again until i can find a place I have ONE charge of theft on my criminal record based on incident in 2002 but charged in 2008 I have made restitution and have NEVER been in trouble any other time As to date i have fair credit and i am working on bettering it as soon as I can
