Im a 33 year single mother to my sweet 2 year old daughter and we have a 6 month old cat that my daughter is attached to She is a very sweet cat who doesnt do much other than eat sleep and get loved on We have an upcoming appointment with our veterinarian to get her spade Were looking for a safe clean place to call home On March #*#*# hidden# we were approved for Section 8 We have a Housing Choice Voucher for Delaware county we have to live out of Muncie city limits so were looking for a place in the county of Delaware Which includes Albany Yorktown Daleville Selma Gaston Royerton and outside of Muncie I have called many landlords and numerous housing authorities Im doing everything I can to make sure my daughter and I get a home as weve needed one for a long time now Our voucher also expires in 60 days from our start date which will be May #*#*# hidden# We may get up to two extensions for 30 days if needed We dont mind what type of rental it is as an apartment or townhouse is more prefered but I cannot be picky As I said before as long as my daughter and I will be safe thats of utmost importance If theres anyone that can assist us please let me know I greatly appreciate you We are looking forward to moving into our new place as soon as possible Thank you

Im a Licensed Cosmetologist and have maintained renting my apartments very well I have no evictions and have always kept an extremely clean home My criminal background isnt the best as I did have a possession of marijuana I did voluntarily take myself to rehabilitation last year successfully completed and have been almost a year clean sober and healthy I just want to be the best Mom to my daughter that I can be and stability is what I will be able to give her once we find our new home We both need this stability very much My credit score is also not the best its Fair and around d 550 My credit score is another goal of mine to work on once I get us a home and either another job or a better one Even though my past isnt great I promise that Im working on doing better everyday and will always strive to make sure all of my responsibilities are taken care of I appreciate you for taking your time to read and hopefully consider us for a home My daughter and I are ready for our new beginning Thank you
