My husband was a roofing contractor for over 20 years we just could not ever make ends meet that is why we got accepted for section 8 He has a new consistent job now our backgrounds are clear but we have had rough patches with a few rentals as to where we had to move because of layoffs most balances on accounts are 0 cause we have payed them off We are in a better situation now We dont have much credit cause we prefer to pay everything we own in cash vehicles etc
