40yr old single female who has a servicemedical alert dog CAGI permanently disabled that must have a ground floor

Lived in the same apartment for the last five years but am a victim of disability discrimination due to several reasonable accommodations being refused to move to ground floor being denied wheelchair and grab bars etc Background and credit check pass just fine
