Moving is difficult for me so I need a place I can rent long term I dont drive am 57 and have no pets but will have two cats as assistance animals Tile and hardwood floors are better for this reason but also because I have allergies so carpet is bad for meI like to garden and do better away from other tenants and noise because of allergies and other health issues I need to live close to the city center due to the possible difficulty navigating some areas and not being able to drive I have rented where I am now for 8 years and can rent one or two bedrooms but need sufficient space I am a genealogist and have a lot of books and file cabinets I am home almost all the time and these things keep my busy My indoor space is very important I need space light and surfaces that are easy to clean like hardwood floors that are sealed I have my own wd and refrigerator I need at least 900 square feet but more would be better A little less would be OK with a garage or basement that is dry but I need to see the placeThe rental amount is if utilities are included It varies and is lower if some or all utilities are paid by me Im not sure of my part I had to guess for now
