I am a 53yearold professional woman soon to be 54 who was the owner of my small construction and renovation business 25 years I also have my real estate license in Kentucky I was also a joint owner of a wellestablished cleaning company for approx 30 years in Lexington Kentucky and the surrounding counties However I have experienced significant financial hardship since the onset of COVID19 In addition I need a number of operations in the coming year Prior to COVID19 I had good credit paid all my bills on time and owned my own house Nevertheless because of the pandemic and other reasons beyond my control I had to ask for help with housing until I can have my surgeries and hopefully return to work within the next year or so Therefore my credit is no longer good because I depleted all my savings to pay my bills for a year I did not receive the correct amount of unemployment in which I was entitled to during the pandemic I m a very tranquil person and I have no criminal record Im looking for a place to live where the property is on the first floor or has a single level I cant climb many steps on account of my knees I dont want to be in a highcrime neighborhood and hopefully a quiet neighborhood I dont drink and I dont have parties in the house I always maintained my homes and kept them very clean I didnt expect to end up in this situation Yet we never know what can happen in life at any moment I can assure any property owner or property management your property will be well taken care of and I would treat it as well as I have treated the homes I have owned This is the first time I have received a Section 8 Voucher They have allocated me #*#*# hidden# dollars per month with allocation to be taken off for utilities I am not 100 percent how this works but they did send me a worksheet that shows how to see what can be paid for rent once I know which utilities I have to pay I look forward to hearing from you in the future I am available at #*#*# hidden# or angieclemonsoutlookcom My voucher expires at the end of December2021 I also will have to request a county change However they said this will not be a problem except if the landlord would not hold the property

I have owned my homes mostly over the last 25 years therefore there isnt really any rental history I did have great credit until the pandemic I was one of the people who could not get the unemployment office to pay me the correct amount of my unemployment which in turn left me in a financially hardship in which i could not keep paying all my bills I have no criminal record
