I have myself the mother I am 35 my son who is about to be 8 in December and my daughter who is 4 We do not have any pets we do have a small I think its like a 5 gallon fish tank with a few fish and two aquatic tiny frogs but if thats an issue we will gladly give them up Ill move date as soon as possible I am up for transfer I just have to tell them how to go ahead Ive been at the current apartment for a year now its just not a great like area nor a really great place on like how we have to live or were at if that makes sense I am about to get employment back hopefully within this week I do try to stay up to date with that Im trying to get my landlord completely updated but with my current landlord we never really had any issues I kept his property picked up very well cleaned its a six flags where Im at however the last few months theres been a little bit of intensity but I can explain that and further detail if you need me to in person For now when I do not have to work it is a 25 portion on my behalf that I do send them to you then they will send you 976 My utility or supposed to be included with in the voucher if theres a difference in after the utilities and then like a difference with the actual rent amount that I am responsible for paying you that amount for example if you rent the place say for the same I dont know if they 1200 with the utilities included then they pay you the 976 then I am responsible to pay you 224 each month

Rental history I havent really rented a whole lot and within the five last years Im really honestly this has been one of the two my prior one well Im sorry prior to getting here I was homeless due to the covid issues lost my work still on that call list for unemployment and then I was living at Westwood after the separation between my kisses Dad and I but they for some reason just randomly put my rent which was like over 900 plus my electricity bill and there was no way possible I lost my work due to covid I was living there when covid began and so yeah I went homeless from that place stayed homeless until I got this place last year in November Other than that I have never rented prior Ive always lived with a significant other or a family member Credit score Im not really 100 sure but I would tell you honestly its probably either like above low or average its probably around a I want to say maybe a #*#*# hidden# if I had to guess I did not get a chance in life to start my own credit I have family to do that for me when that moment of 18th birthday hit and they knew all my info Background I do not really have anything at all my background some speeding tickets and then also just a misdemeanor that is about to be 7 years old so Im able to expunge it and thats because a supposed friend and I want to a storm they straight up told me they knew I paid for all my stuff she still fake stuff and they had no choice because we walked in the store I tried to do the diversion program paid 300 to do so I need it 3 hours left the lady wouldnt give me like 2 days to get that 3 hours in so then I end up paying all court cost funds and fees as well and Im just waiting I think about 2 months now love so I can apply for expungement And they was willing to even write that on my ticket and I always packed that around with me until that wallet got someone so I could always show that to an employer
