Hello Single mom 50 on fixed income with son 12 and 15lb dog friendly preschool mascot Basenji mix doesnt bark much seeking new life in Florida We are low income with a section 8 voucher so our beloved government dictates the payment schedule to the perspective area and our portion you know better than I what you could possibly recieve in payments I have excellent credit 720 no arrest record frequent voter expresses common decency well spoken enjoys minding my business and doesnt invite too many people to my domicile no druggies and criminals will be visiting me I have family in St Johns as a support system I want to live in a situation where my Privacy is Respected I am half descent looking and it has been an issue in the past and the reason I would like to escape my current area I pay my rent timely and on auto pay so long as we can trust each other I like landlord tenant relations friendly and low maintenance If I am lucky enough to find a private landlord I would be forever grateful while understanding that might not be possible in todays current state of affairs I am not a big fan of carpet rugs and mold but will take what I can get I would be interested in employment close to the apartment if possible but well see what happens I am in need of a fresh start
