BackgroundIve been a tenant from 2015 to present at 550 Ferry St Everett Ma 02149Im not sure of my credit score but I am not in any debt so I can only assume its in the fair to good range I do not have a criminal background and have never been arrested or accused of a crime Regarding my work history my background is in Human Resources I was a human resources generalist focusing predominantly on talent acquisition and retention within the financial industry My last position was at Sunlife Financial in Wellesley Ma working as an HR generalist supporting the companys nation wide sales force with talent acquisitionrecruiting and HR Some of my responsibilities included sourcing new candidates for various positions within our Salesforce department in a sales or financial role after sourcing new candidates and conducting preliminary interviews if they were a viable candidate they would fly in from all over the country to interview with me where in I would conduct background checks salary negotiations benefits package extension of offer solidifying proposal Once candidates were on board I had the highest rate of retention country company wide with very little employee disciplinary or poor work production reports My rate of retention was consistently 85 or higher I also worked in this position at Fidelity in the Seaport District at the World Trade Center Boston Bank of America corporate on Summer St Boston I started working in this field at Kforce staffing agency in both the Boston and Burlington offices I would be happy to provide references upon request I stopped working due to emergency medical issues I had a duodenal ulcer that perforated and caused me to hemorrhage This landed me in surgery and needing 9 blood transfusions as well as a month long hospital stay after which I was shortly readmitted for having fallen into a coma with acute liver failure because I had lost so much blood and was trying not to take too much pain medication so I supplemented with Tylenol which is what i was instructed to do but due to the fragile state of my body the excess of acetominaphin in my weakend state caused my liver to shut down This had many medical repercussions which Im still dealing with daily and unfortunately put an end to my career Shortly after my recovery I became a proud single mother to a beautiful healthy boy Phoenix Jude but since I could no longer work and was on my own I was offered section 8 assistance for my son and I which was not the easiest pill to swallow at first but I am sincerely so grateful to have as I dont know how we would have made it other wise Im hoping after retaining a new home for my son and I and settling in to return to school and work in the medical field as I am so admirable and indebted to the various Healthcare workers that helped put me back together and I would love to have the opportunity to give back in that fashion I can not continue my education or concentrate on improving my life until I move into a new apartment since where I am currently is not healthy or safe for my son or I I am wishing more than anything to find us a new home the sooner the better so I can begin living my life again and workingliving to my potential to improve the lives of my son and I which is the most important thing for me My first step is solidifying a new home With that said I sincerely hope you will give me an opportunity to meet with you and prove myself worthy as a new tenant at your property Thank you for reading and if you have any questions or concerns please dont hesitate to contact meSincerely**** **** #*#*# hidden# Danicpjc369gmailcom
