Hello looking for a 3 bedroom possibly with washer dryer hookup I have one Emotional Support Animal which is a 9 year old dog that is well trained and does not bark unless its an emergency We are clean and responsible tenants who avoid drama and anything negative We rarely have visitors Im currently living on a third floor and my awesome landlord lives on the first floor But due to health reason I would like to live on a first floor which is the reason for us wanting to move I have had my own place since I was 18 years old and I have never been to housing court and I have never been evicted Currently trying to work on my credit last time I check December 2023 my credit score was 621 My husband smokes but I do not like the smell so I do not allow smoking inside and shoes must come off before coming inside also My dog is trained to do her business outside and we do clean up after her every single time We do not have any issues with shoveling snow or raking leaves and maintaining the outside clean Just looking for a place where I could live peacefully and happy
