Female 41 with male Son 14 years old zero pets However I would like to have a small cat or small dog if possible but do not have not have ever had in the past 5 years in my current apartment Move in date January 1st I am disabled with disability as my income and would like to be on the first floor if possible with in unit washer and dryer and dishwasher I have one vehicle and prefer 1 parking spot I am looking for a home for my son and I to call home We have lived in Plymouth for the most part for 14 years I have had a 5 year lease in Plymouth Center which has been lovely but unfortunately has not been renewed due to the landlord moving back home to live in the unit which he lived in previous to me renting it and now ready to move back So now I am needing to relocate and find a new home in Plymouth for my son and I for he long term I would love a single family house with a yard if possible to make our home With the new section 8 rate increase I know that is affordable now and would to be able to have a home for my son and I to call home after all these years for the long term If a 2 bedroom house is not available I would be open to a 2 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor or a 2 bedroom condocomplex with in unit laundry on 1st floor unless it has elevator in condo I could 2nd or 3rd must have in unit laundry My housing authority is Housing Solutions in Kingston Massachusetts and my worker is Emily Fietz and she is readily aware and happy to speak with anyone on my behalf in the rental process I have an MRVP Section 8 Voucher and have had it for about 7 years I am responsible for all utilities my Voucher pays for my rent and I pay my portion of the rent plus whatever utilities are required and that is what I have been paying and responsible for the past five years my rent portion now is #*#*# hidden# Plus I pay all other utilities gas electricity trash wifi etcAnd my Voucher pays the remainder of the rent

I have lived in Plymouth at the same residence for the last 5 years renting from the same landlord for the past 5 years in Plymouth Center I do not owe any back rent and rent has always been paid the 1st week of every month directly from my bank to his account by external transfer My 5 year lease is up for renewal and unfortunately will not be renewed due to my land lord moving back into the unit which he lived in prior to my living there
