I am a proud 33 year old Native American mother of 2 My daughter is a shy 12 year old girl and my son is a sweet 4 year old boy We have no pets I am a non smoker non drinker and I dont drive so I have no need for parking My section 8 voucher is from Quincy Housing Authority For a 3 bedroom with utilities included they will pay 2900 Without utilities about 2700 I would love to find a townhouse or duplex Especially with a backyard my son can run around in with storage space and an in unit and dryer But as long as its in QHAs budget for me in the right location Quincy Weymouth Braintree and has a deleaded certificate Im really not picky at all My move in date is flexible The sooner the better I make 1247 monthly of my own from SSI SSP and child support at the moment Ive never missed a rent payment and take pride paying my bills on time I am a licensed cosmetologist I have a few clients I work on but I hope once I can find a nice long term place to raise my kids once my son starts kindergarten next year I can go back to working at my old job at the North American Indian Center of Boston Its work I really love my second home away from home I basically grew up there and I can still do hair on the side

In 2016 I moved into my first real place in Braintree from out of a shelter with my daughter We lived there till 2019 I had my son by then and my voucher changed from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom so my mom helped me find a place closer to her in Hull to better help me with the baby The place is actually smaller than my 2 bedroom apartment and in rough shape I figured it would just be temporary till I found something better But covid slowed that process down and then our building got sold to an owner who wants to empty the building fix it up and turn it into condos I decided now is a good time to move And transportation back and forth from Hull to Quincy for appointments is rough I rather move closer to the South Shore and be closer to my childrens father who can watch them after school when I go back to workMy credit score is in the 600s im not exactly sure the number I know I owe money still from my student loans but I feel like it should be higher when I dont owe money for anything else and I feel like my bill and rental payments are not being added to it Its something Im gonna look into
