My name is **** ****and my daughter Alexandria and I have been living at 100 MassMills Drive Apartment G023 Lowell MA #*#*# hidden# for the last 5 years My daughter and I moved to Lowell MA so that she could live at home while she earned BS in Biology BS in Chemistry minor in psychology from my alma mater University of Massachusetts at Lowell My daughter Alexandria attended Middlesex Community College during summer break attaining and EMT certification in Massachusetts as well as federally Alexandra has since moved out and Im looking to move closer to my parents as they are getting older and need help Alexandra and I have never had a problem at MassMills and the property manager Ginny said she would be more than happy to speak with email or text any potential landlords with outstanding raving compliments on our living conditions paying rent on time making no noise and having no nuisance and following all the rules in the building and in the lease I have MS and I do not need special equipment at all I have a personal care attendance take care of every need and I do not have parties make noise or cause trouble at all I do have a nurse come once a month to check on me I have been doing extremely well for the last 7 years Prior to having MS I was a high school American History Teacher and worked parttime as Assistant Cosmetic Manager at Macys My son Nicholas was valedictorian of his eighth grade at St Pius V and graduated third from St Johns Prep in Danvers attended Brown and currently is doing his residency at Beth Israel as he will be a psychiatrist next year My daughter Alexandra was the captain of the Junior Olympic soccer team New England for several years and played for University of Massachusetts at Lowell Alexandra currently is working at a hospital and is continuing her education to become a nurse We are all wellrounded well spoken kindhearted and caring people that do not get in trouble with the law or with other neighbors I have taken my children to Disney 28 times a cruise to Bermuda to aruba and a trip to Italy as we like to travel My fiance of 10 years just passed away last August after being on the transplant list for a liver battling cancer for the last 6 years If the apartment is a home I would volunteer to help shovel I keep with the yard and keep a clean and tidy apartment With my fiances disease and all the stuff we needed to get him to survive my credit score is not great however my son Nicholas has a credit score of 720 and will cosign with me for an apartment I will only be living alone as mentioned before having a PCA come daily to help me out and my two children sister brother mother father and my friend Jackie are the only people that come to visit me I only have my dad sleepover when he has a heart appointment the next day so that I can go with him I believe any landlord that would consider me as a tenant would be quite happy and relieved to have somebody that is reliable hes on time keeps to themself and is a good person
