My name is **** story my coapplicant is Lisa brienza We are 39 and 44 male and female living together for 15 years now We have one small cat Shes spayed vaccinated and chipped Shes an indoor outdoor cat that uses the bathroom outside we really dont like the smell of cat boxes so we trained her to go outdoors like a dog Shes 2 years old and perfectly trained its absolutely wonderful We would really like to move into a twobedroom singlefamily home with some sort of backyard in a quiet woodsy area Were not picky we just want a nice little place to call home We waited 13 and a half years to get a section 8 housing choice voucher it would be nice if we can use it to rent a house Our voucher becomes active January 2023 its a housing choice voucher from the Weymouth housing authority but we can use it in any town The amount for each Town varies for what the voucher will pay For example in Weymouth the voucher will pay 2635 and our portion that we I responsible for is 790 A single story house is preferred because Lisa has severe hip arthritis and has a difficult time with stairs She is not in a wheelchair does not need any special accommodation but single level living is preferred A basement is nice thats where I could set up a little space for myself to play My guitar and video games while doing laundry and whatnot We are very easy going and friendly we keep things neat and clean and respect the property where we live treating it as if it were our own I have numerous years of construction and maintenance work that I have done in the past for both companies and landlords I can be of assistance in many ways if there are jobs to be done on the property Thank you so much for looking over my profile I look forward to hearing from you and seeing if we can get together soon We would love to be living in a new place by the middle of January I understand that sometimes things take time to become available and ready to rent but that is our earliest goal date
