I lived in a 3bedroom duplex in Arnold Maryland from #*#*# hidden# My landlord had to sell her rental properties following the pandemic so we lost permanent housing once my lease ended in July 2021 She offered me the option to buy however I wasnt in a position to do so at that time Since then we have been homeless sleeping in relatives homes my car and now a hotel I just received a housing voucher in November but have been unable to find housing I believe due to my credit I have a breach of lease on my credit report Before moving into the 3bedroom house I lived in a 1bedroom apartment in Glen Burnie Maryland I had to break my lease 4 months before it ended because I needed to move into a larger unit in order to be granted emergency custody of my nephews My credit score is currently between #*#*# hidden# As a result of my homelessness Ive had a few of my credit cards close recently because I was not able to make the required payments I do not have a criminal background outside of traffic tickets I am employed fulltime and looking to resume school to finish my degree as soon as I am able to find stable housing
