I dont have the best of credit and thats what me and my wife has actually working on but in my past history with rentals have a pretty good track record when it comes to rent I try to maintain the house pay the bills on time and sometimes ahead of time push it out once at a time if I can I did live in Glen Creek for a year before we move to Stonegate I also lived in Jacksonville Florida for almost 3 years
