I have been in my current residence for almost 7 years I have been without any heat for about one month When I finally reached the property manager to inquire about the repairs I was told that I owe a balance from 2019 I adamantly deny owing a balance and questioned why I was being told this now I contacted housing again and was told that I was not responsible for any portion during the time she claimed Housing agreed that this likely only came up because housing stopped their payments to the leasing agency due to unit failing inspection due to no heat I have no receipts but I pay my portion when expected
